There’s probably a world in which I started this blog ages ago, somewhere in another dimension where life is a little easier and the world is a little less cruel. It’s funny to find myself in the spot where I feel ready to begin to blog again, but I’m excited and, quite frankly, thrilled to be able to sit and write to my heart’s content again. It’s freeing.
It doesn’t matter to me if this blog gets big or has a ton of followers or subscribers or engagement. What does matter to me is that whoever comes across this blog finds comfort, validation, and maybe a little bit of information that they can use later in their life, for when things get rough or whenever you just want to DIY something that I’ve made.
This blog is a true-to-life, full reflection of myself and who I am, outside of the confines of other spaces where things have to be different. There’s not really a plan or strategy or grand scheme where I’ll try to turn the tables or sell something, I’m just really trying to live authentically, and explore what life can be like.
